The 60s was the pinncle of good taste and also the elease of avant garde in pop stuff (Carnaby St vogue, Psychedelia, Barroque and Indian arrangements in Pop, etc).
the 60s had too AWESOME artist still non inmediately recognizable in EEUU like the also americans 13th Floor Elevators, The Seed and the french France Gall, jean jacques Perrey, etc
